Unique knowledge and capabilities
M2M2 was set up in 2017 by a group of training and education specialists combining knowledge from academia, business and elite sport with specialist capabilities in defence and security.
We deliver programmes for the British Army, including the five-year Army Trainer Capability contract in partnership with CDS DS, which provides civilian qualifications to 2500+ soldiers every year.
We also developed and are delivering an International Professional Development Programme for NATO in the USA and Europe, including ILM / City & Guilds qualifications and professional doctorates.
We are currently working with the UK National Health Service (NHS), where we provide coaching and mentoring and programmes to establish coaching cultures across three trusts and eight hospitals.
