Yvonne is a Senior Project and Submissions Manager specialising in innovation, funding, and knowledge transfer, with 15 years’ experience in the academic sector and strong links to a broad range of universities across the UK.

 

She joined M2M2 in 2020 to establish and project manage our bidding operations and is responsible for the day-to-day project management of all aspects of defining, pricing, developing, and delivering our solutions. In numerous roles in research support and funding and knowledge transfer, Yvonne has project-managed hundreds of submissions that have raised over £100m in funding for universities including Swansea, Southampton, Coventry, and Cardiff Metropolitan.

As Research Hub Manager for Swansea University, she provided operational management in a high-pressure, high-volume environment to academic staff and researchers submitting funding applications with an annual value of £58.5m, and £19m in annual awards – the equivalent of around 40 research funding applications and 15 new

funding awards per month.
