Made to Measure Mentoring (M2M2) has successfully launched a new leadership and management programme, with initial clients including local government, the education and charity sectors, and the UK National Health Service (NHS).

The programme, designed to improve leadership skills and build collaborative cultures for both public and private sector clients, includes the opportunity to achieve ILM Leadership and Management Levels 3, 5 and 7, and leads either to an ILM qualification or a course completion certificate.

The programme is currently being delivered to the following organisations:

  • NHS – a pilot ILM Level 7 diploma programme for senior clinical personnel, with the potential for further roll-out at other ILM levels to junior doctors and nursing staff.

  • Medway Council – ILM Levels 3 and 5 in Leadership and Management, with options for both new managers with little training and more experienced leaders wishing to develop technical skills.

  • Buckinghamshire Schools – an Aspiring Leadership in Schools programme delivered across the county through Challenge Partners, along with a pilot ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching. Further roll-out is expected in other Challenge Partners hubs around the country.

  • Russell Martin Foundation – ILM Level 5 in Leadership in Management for this charity that aims to improve young people’s lives through football, education and health.

The new programme is embedded in M2M2’s International Professional Development Programme (IPDP), which has been created and refined in sport, business and the military.

M2M2’s Director of Programme Development and Delivery Gary Henderson said: ‘Our Leadership and Management programme offers enhanced professional development based on emotionally intelligent leadership and a very collaborative style of working. Its success with these new clients shows its relevance across a broad range of market sectors, which will be an important driver of our company’s future development.’
