The report, an annual audit prepared by CDS DS, M2M2’s long-term partner on the ATC contract, also shows that in the year to March 2023, (year 5 of the contract) M2M2 successfully accredited 2377 trainers.

The audit also highlights M2M2 achievements including:

  • Completion rates rose 98.9% on the Level 3 (L3) Award in Education and Training.

  • A major investment in the M2M2 Academy – a bespoke learning platform.

  • A resource library of 62 resources aligned to L3 assessment criteria.

  • Direct claims status for quick and effective accreditation.

Initially classroom-based, the contract evolved throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, when M2M2’s flexible approach offered additional student support through a blend of webinars, one-to-one coaching, e-tutoring and e-learning centralised workshops.

  •

The company’s Managing Director (Commercial), Tony Robinson, welcomed the report, saying: ‘The ATC contract enables new learners to achieve a Level 3 Award in Education and Training through City & Guilds as well as a suite of optional Level 3 to Level 7 Assessor and Coaching & Mentoring qualifications. We are delighted and honoured to have been able to help so many soldiers achieve qualifications that will stand them in great stead throughout their lives.’
