Award in Effective Coaching

This qualification is for those who want to develop their coaching knowledge, skills and understanding in order to enhance their ability and confidence in coaching. The qualification is ideal for both new and existing coaches.

The qualification contains both knowledge-based and skills-based units and would typically takes less than 3 months to complete.

Open to candidates from an Army Top Level Budget (TLB) who have a minimum 2 years service on completion of the course.

Divided into 3 modules, students will be supported by online M2M2 Tutors

  • Module 1 – Assignment. Understanding Good Practice in Coaching within an Organisational Context.

  • Module 2 – Portfolio of evidence based on 6 hours of Coaching.

  • Module 3 – Assignment. Reflective Journal.

The course is delivered online and is self paced, however you have 3 months to complete the course.
