ILM Level 5
Effective Coaching and Mentoring

The ILM Level 5 qualification is aimed at those who are significantly responsible for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their daily roles in an organisation.
Level 5 equates to the second year of a bachelor’s degree in the vocational framework.
The qualification caters for both the strategic implementation of a mentoring programme and developing the student as a coach or mentor.
Divided into 3 modules, students will be supported by dedicated M2M2 Mentors

Module 1 – Assignment. Understanding the skills, principles & practice of coaching and mentoring

Module 2 – Portfolio of evidence based on 18 hours of Coaching or Mentoring

Module 3 – Reflective Journal.

The three-day Level 5 course

17th – 20th February 2025 at ATR Grantham.
19th – 22nd May 2025 at ASLS Pirbright.
10th –13th November 2025 at ASLS Pirbright.
