ILM Level 7 Leadership & Management

Service Description

We run the Level 7 at Award, Certificate and Diploma level. - Level 7 Award, (requires the completion of 1 unit), - Level 7 Certificate (2 units) or - Diploma (3 units) Our standard calendar of units enables learners to access at any point and to leave at an appropriate time depending on whether they opt for the Award, Certificate or Diploma qualification. The dates for Unit 1 (starting in October) are as follows: Unit 1 - Developing leadership and management capability through enquiry 1st Oct 1000 – 1130 17th Oct 0930 - 1100 3rd Nov 0930 - 1100 17th Nov 1000 - 1130 2nd Dec 1000 - 1130 11th Dec 1000-1130 16th Jan Assessment Submission The other units (delivered on a quarterly basis are): Unit 2 - Developing strategic leadership and management capability Unit 3 - Developing and maintaining a high-performance culture & optimising resources The programme is delivered virtually, and underpinned by directed study, and task work developed individually and in small groups. Assessment is by Assignment aligned to the workplace.
