Congratulations to Colonel Hennadiy Kovalenko, NATO Staff Officer Human Capital, who has completed the challenging ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors.
Level 7 is part of the NATO Coaching and Mentoring programme that is managed and delivered by M2M2 for NATO Strategic Allied Command Transformation (SACT). Colonel Kovalenko was presented with his certificate by M2M2’s Gary Henderson at the Royal College of Defence Studies, UK.
Hennadiy said: ‘'M2M2’s NATO Coaching and Mentoring programme is beneficial for many reasons. First, it has helped me develop the networking needed in a military organisation. Next, it has given me the required academic perspectives and knowledge about Coaching and Mentoring and reflective learning practice. Last but not least, the programme has helped me develop my practical skills – how I can help other people to flourish in terms of their own knowledge, practice and skills.
'The programme isn’t just beneficial to the candidates, but also for the organisation running it. The suggestions, recommendations and ideas the programme produces help an organisation improve its development practices – for example, its administrative management or leadership skills.'
