The British Army
We provide a range of civilian qualifications in education, coaching and mentoring to the 2,500+ soldiers who undergo the army’s Defence Trainer Course (DTC) and related programmes every year.
We have developed and are delivering the NATO International Professional Development Programme to senior NATO officers and officials in the USA, Belgium, Norway, Poland and Portugal. This combines leadership development via coaching and mentoring qualifications at ILM levels 3, 5 and 7 and high-performance team programmes, with more advanced, doctoral-level (Level 8) skills including Professional Doctorates.
We created and delivered executive and team coaching programmes as the lead sponsor of the British Army’s Atlantic rowing crews in both 2019 and 2021. The teams between them set three new world records – the youngest person and the fastest teenager to row across the Atlantic (2019) and the fastest mixed male and female team to make the crossing (2021).
We are currently working with the UK National Health Service (NHS), where we provide coaching and mentoring programmes across three trusts and eight hospitals to staff ranging from senior consultants to nursing and medical practitioners.
We are partnering with University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) to develop an internal coaching faculty, plus a project to embed a ‘coaching culture’ throughout the trust, including ILM Levels 3, 5 and 7.
Our professional development work with Health Education England and NHS England has delivered Leadership and Management qualifications at Levels 3, 5 and 7 to staff across the country.

In our work with Buckinghamshire Schools, we delivered an Aspiring Leadership in Schools programme across the county through Challenge Partners, along with a pilot ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching.
