Major Richard Garrett (Retd.)
Senior Coach / Mentor / Assessor

Richard is a highly experienced coach, mentor and educator.

He joined M2M2 after over 35 years of military service during which he built a wealth of experience in both operational and sports environments. He has worked in military engineering headquarters and on operational deployments in the field, in support of multinational operations as well as leading in personnel development strategies for both career and sports disciplines.

He has chaired the Institution of Royal Engineers Professional Registration Committee (Eng Tech). For the past 17

years, he has been part of the RFU coach education and development workforce as an educator and mentor.
