Simon Ogdon
Director of Operations & IT

Simon is a logistics and project management specialist who has also followed a parallel career in sports coaching and mentoring.

 

This mix of skills has made him crucial to the effective roll-out of the Army Trainer Capability programme to more than 2500 soldiers a year via multiple courses at sites around the UK. After 20 years in senior IT and project management roles for companies such as supply chain specialist TDG and logistics automation leader Swisslog, in 2011 he moved into sport as a trainer tutor, and mentor to England Rugby North West and in Rugby Development and Academy Coach Development for Sale Sharks.

He has a Diploma in Management from Manchester Business School and has qualifications in IT, Project

Management and business communications, as well as in Coaching and Mentoring.
