A perfect way to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to coach or mentor people effectively in your workplace. You’ll learn more effective ways to work with others and how to get started with a career in coaching or mentoring.

The best next step if you’re responsible for effective coaching and mentoring as part of your daily role or are looking to work as a freelance coach or mentor. The Level 5 qualification covers both the strategic implementation of a coaching / mentoring programme and developing your trainees as coaches or mentors.
