M2M2 signs up former head
of Royal Mail transformation

Made to Measure Mentoring (M2M2) has engaged Pauline Broadway as Director of Strategy and Change to advise the company’s board and support the development of the business.

Pauline has over 20 years’ experience setting up new ventures and leading complex change programmes across FTSE 100, SME, public sector and private equity backed organisations, including BMW, Royal Mail, Whitbread, and TES.

​

An experienced coach and learning facilitator who helps leaders to articulate their vision and make change happen, Pauline led the Royal Mail’s transformational change programme and will join M2M2’s executive coaching team on key projects.

She is currently conducting doctoral research at Henley Business School into new ways of working, focusing on the importance of the implementation approach to deliver benefits for both individuals and organisations. She has an MBA from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo.
